Lotus & Dulce de Leche

Our moist vanilla cake with Lotus cookies filled with Dulce de leche and Lotus spread covered with our vanilla Swiss buttercream, a drip of Lotus Spread and more Lotus cookies.

HOW TO HANDLE/CARE:

• Leave it at room temperature if you eat it within 3 hours.
• Best enjoy at room temp.
• If you have leftovers, cover the exposed area or slice and refrigerate in an air-tight container.
• Eat within 3-4 days.
• You can freeze slices wrapped in plastic for up to 3 weeks. Thaw in the fridge.

NOTE:

• No changes can be made, but you can add a message and change the colour or shape of the abstract decoration.
